For this assignment listen to the first movement of Beethoven’s Symphony No. 5 and submit a brief description of what you think it means.  There is no right of wrong answer, this is strictly your own opinion.  What images does it bring to mind?  If it were included in a movie soundtrack how do you think it might be used?
